报告题目：Data-driven Multiscale modeling and analysis of HIV infection

报告摘要：In this talk, I will introduce our recent studies in combining mathematical models with multidimensional data to explore the pathogenesis of HIV infection, identifying key genes and predict potential drug targets. I will also discuss the further work in multiscale modeling for viral infection and immunity.

个人简介：邹秀芬,武汉大学威廉希尔 教授, 博士生导师。中国工业与应用数学学会数员工命科学专业委员会副主任，中国运筹学会计算系统生物学常务理事，长期从事数据分析与计算系统生物学的研究工作。目前主持国家自然科学基金重点项目， 主持完成多项国家自然科学基金面上项目及重大研究计划培育项目，以及国家重点科技研发计划项目。2006年获得湖北省杰出青年人才基金。已在“SIAM on Applied Mathematics”, “Applied Mathematical Modeling”, “PLOS Computational biology”, “Bulletin of Mathematical Biology”,“Information Sciences”, “IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and bioinformatics”国际重要学术期刊上发表60余篇SCI收录学术论文。
