报告题目:Near-optimal control for a stochastic SIRS model with imprecise parameters

报告摘要:Parameter values are usually assumed to be precisely known in many epidemic models but they could be imprecise due to various uncertainties. In this talk, we develop a stochastic SIRS model that includes imprecise parameters and white noise, formulate and analyze the near-optimal control problem for the stochastic model. We obtain priori estimates of the susceptible, infected and recovered populations. Sufficient and necessary conditions for the near optimality of the model are established using Ekeland's principle and a nearly maximum condition on the Hamiltonian function. Numerical simulations are also performed to demonstrate the analytical results and evaluate the influence of imprecise parameters, white noise and treatment control on the dynamics of epidemics.
个人简介:张启敏,宁夏大学二级教授,博士生导师,宁夏自治区313人才。中国生物数学学会常务理事,中国人口学会理事和宁夏统计学会理事。长期以来一直从事生物种群及固定资产建模及的数值计算、种群动力学行为和最优控制理论研究工作。主持完成国家自然基金3项、国家社科基金1项和省部级项目6项,出版学术专著2部,发表SSCI和SCI检索论文60余篇。
